Offit Kurman Welcomes Family Law Principals Sarah Goldenthal and Erin Golding

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Sarah Goldenthal and Erin Golding and have joined the firm as principals in the Family Law group.

Professional headshot of Attorney Sarah GoldenthalSarah Goldenthal is resident in Offit Kurman’s Hackensack, New Jersey office and regularly represents clients in both New Jersey and New York. She focuses her practice on all aspects of family law matters and has extensive experience negotiating, resolving and litigating complex, contested family and matrimonial issues. She regularly advises clients on custody and parenting time, distribution of marital assets, child and spousal support, prenuptial agreements, adoptions and matters involving domestic violence. Ms. Goldenthal has been appointed by the Court to serve as a Parent Coordinator and as a Guardian ad Litem in contested custody matters.

Ms. Goldenthal received her B.A. from Boston University, her M.S.T. in Education from Fordham University Graduate School of Education, and her J.D. from the City of New York School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, she served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne of the Family Part of the Superior Court of Jersey of Bergen County.

 

 

 

 

 

Professional Headshot of Attorney Erin GoldingErin Golding is resident in Offit Kurman’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on helping her clients through divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property distribution, paternity, civil protection proceedings, prenuptial agreements and other matters involving family disputes. Ms. Golding has been appointed by the Court to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem or Best Interest Attorney in complex custody cases. She also serves as a mediator in family law matters, working with parties to facilitate their discussions and resolve all issues related to their separation or other family dispute in an informative and supportive forum.

She is a board member and past president of the D.C. Academy of Collaborative Professionals, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and a co-founder of the Collaborative Project of Maryland and the Collaborative Access Project of Washington, D.C.

Ms. Golding received her B.A., cum laude, from Pomona College and her J.D., cum laude, from The George Washington University Law School.
