Happy New Year 2023 New goals - fresh start - brighter future with an image of Ben Stevens

As we prepare to leave 2022 in the rearview mirror, it can be exciting to think about all the possibilities that await us in 2023. As a family and domestic law attorney for almost three decades, I know this rings especially true for those facing separation, divorce, and child custody cases this time of year.

While these cases are often challenging and stressful to start, they almost always offer the promise of a brighter future once the case is resolved and litigation is behind you. The fresh start that begins once your case is finished allows you to let go of past mistakes or missteps and focus on improving your life and the lives of your family from that point forward.

As you celebrate the dawn of 2023 with friends and family this year, we hope that you will take some time to reflect on the new year’s endless potential and make a promise to yourself to seize every opportunity to make it your best and brightest year yet!

Our offices will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2023, to allow our attorneys and staff to enjoy welcoming in the new year with those closest to them. We will re-open with normal business hours at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and will look forward to serving you and our clients at that time.

If we can be of service to you or anyone you know this holiday season, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Ben Stevens has provided exceptional legal counsel and support to families throughout South Carolina for over twenty-five years, handling all matters of family law, such as divorce, separation, alimony, and child custody.
