Voytek Jackowski to Present at HalfMoon Education Inc.’s Webinar on Construction Contracts

Offit Kurman Commercial Litigation Practice Group Leader Wojciech “Voytek” Jackowski will present at the HalfMoon Education Inc. Construction Contract Workshop Understanding Issues in Contract Administration:  Key Considerations for Design Professionals and Other Project Participants, on Thursday, February 10th, 2022.

Mr. Jackowski will present the segment “Understanding Issues in Contract Administration.” In this program, he will guide participants through Insurance and indemnity issues, Chain of command issues, Subcontracts, Changes and change orders, Payments and Substantial and final completion.

This all-day workshop will feature a panel of experienced construction and development attorneys who will cover additional such topics as:

  • Understanding Construction Contract Essentials
  • Reviewing Bidding Documents
  • Reviewing Project Documents
  • Examining Legal Issues and Contract Disputes
  • Handling Ethical Issues in Construction Contracting
