Offit Kurman Welcomes Five Attorneys in New Jersey and Maryland
BETHESDA, MD – (Sep. 13, 2023) – Offit Kurman welcomes the additions of Stephanie Lehman, Scott Piekarsky and Fara Rodriguez as Principals in its Hackensack, N.J. office, as well as Associates R. Chase Frederick and Lauren Mullin in the firm’s Bethesda and Columbia, MD offices, respectively.

With more than 27 years of experience, Lehman represents clients in all areas of matrimonial and family and law; she regularly advises high-net-worth and celebrity clients with complex litigation involving custody, parenting time, marital and separate property, paternity UCCJEA and inter-jurisdictional related issues. She is a certified mediator and can practice in the collaborative model and also has expertise in the cutting edge of fast-evolving fertility law. Lehman also regularly drafts prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She holds the title of Executive Advisor to the Family Law Practice Group.
Piekarsky has decades of a broad array of litigation experience and regularly handles matters involving general corporate and business law, professional liability, real estate, and appellate matters.
Focused on all aspects of family and matrimonial law for over a decade, Rodriguez handles disputes involving divorce, distribution of marital and separate property assets, complex financial and custodial matters, parenting time, child and spousal support, paternity, and other areas of family and matrimonial practice, including negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Frederick recently concluded a clerkship for Associate Judge Kathleen M. Dumais at the Montgomery County Circuit Court. She will be joining Offit Kurman’s family law practice.
Mullin is a litigator with several years of experience representing healthcare clients at the trial and appellate level and will be joining Offit Kurman’s commercial litigation practice group, which handles all manner of complex commercial litigation on a national basis.
