Offit Kurman Expands Environmental and Real Estate Practices with Addition of Associate Paul Recupero

New York, NY – (February 28, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Paul Recupero to the firm’s Environmental and Sustainability and Real Estate Law and Transactions practices. Recupero is admitted in New Jersey and New York and is resident in our New York office.

In addition to the areas noted above, Recupero’s practice spans wetland permitting, CERCLA and New Jersey Spill Act compliance and hazardous waste management. Recupero represents a broad variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to individual homeowners. He also has experience supporting clients in the areas of redevelopment and site remediation, corporate transactions, as well as waste management and recycling.

Early in his career, Recupero served as Assistant District Counsel for the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on environmental and real estate matters within the Corps’ Clean Water Act Permitting Program.  In each of his roles prior to joining Offit Kurman, Recupero has been the lead on Clean Water Act Permitting initiatives.

Recupero earned his J.D. from Pace University and his B.A. from University of Connecticut.
