Offit Kurman Expands Construction Law Practice with Addition of Principal Jeffrey Bright

Harrisburg, PA – (January 10, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Principal Jeffrey Bright to the firm’s Construction Law practice, resident in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office.

With 15 years of legal experience focused on the construction industry, Jeffrey Bright navigates construction contracts, project disputes and construction litigation, labor laws, real estate matters and prevailing wage concerns. Bright routinely assists clients in redlining and negotiating contracts through various project delivery methods.

Bright is adept in litigating cases, handling diverse disputes, from complex multi-party claims to mitigating risks on challenging projects. Bright’s experience spans breach of contract, mechanics’ liens, payment and performance bonds, construction defects, design disputes, liquidated damages, delays, insurance coverage and more in the realm of construction disputes and claims.

He is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, D.C., Virginia and California.

Bright earned his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall college and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
