Offit Kurman Closes Sale Transaction for Quantum Loophole in Frederick County

Offit Kurman real estate attorneys David Severn and Noel Manalo successfully closed a complex transaction with Quantum Loophole’s sale of 150 acres of its Frederick, Maryland campus to Rowan Digital Infrastructure. The $158,500,000 deal paves the way for two new hyperscale data center projects including constructing ample backup generators to support these centers. Paralegal Megan Akram assisted the team in the transaction.

Quantum Loophole is developing its 2,100-acre Quantum Frederick campus as a master planned, “ecoscale” data center community, the first of its kind in Maryland.   Conditional approval from the Frederick County Planning Commission was received.
