Maxim Doroshenko Joins Offit Kurman’s Labor & Employment Practice

Timonium, MD – (January 4, 2023) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Maxim Doroshenko to the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, resident in the Timonium, Maryland office.

Maxim Doroshenko specializes in federal and state labor and employment matters. He advocates for employers in workplace disputes, handling cases involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and related laws.

Doroshenko litigates discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts and agencies. He defends employers facing wage and hour allegations in individual, collective and class action suits. Additionally, he navigates breach of contract claims, including non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, for his clients.

Doroshenko earned his B.S. from University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
