Maxim Doroshenko is a member of Offit Kurman’s Labor & Employment practice group with a practice focusing on federal and state labor and employment investigations, counseling and litigation. Maxim represents employers of all sizes on workplace matters and employment disputes involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, as well as similar state and local laws. His work includes litigating discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims before various federal and state courts and agencies. Defending employers against wage and hour claims asserted on an individual, collective and class action basis in court and arbitration is a part of Maxim’s knowledge within the Labor and Employment space. He also has experience representing employers in asserting and defending against breach of contract claims involving non-compete, non-solicitation and non-poaching provisions, among other restrictive covenants.
