James Talley’s practice concentrates on commercial real estate acquisition, development and operation, business formation and financing for real estate and business ventures.
James works with hotel, office and multi-family acquisition and development, historic rehabilitation, and management groups connected with the foregoing commercial and multi-family operations. His work includes equity financing, leasing, syndicated ventures and a variety of forms of pooling arrangements, as well as land use planning and documentation to effect successful development and operational projects.
James is a retired United States Navy Reserve captain. He served for 24 years, from 1960 to 1984.
