Offit Kurman Adds Sean Buecker to Construction Law Practice

Plymouth Meeting, PA – (January 8, 2023) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Sean Buecker to the firm’s Construction Law practice, resident in the Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office.

Sean Buecker’s experience covers a range of areas, including complex commercial transactions, civil tort and regulatory compliance. With admission to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Buecker’s experience spans various law firms and clerkships. He has overseen diverse portfolios of litigated matters, serving as Counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial transactions, contractual disputes and civil tort cases.

Buecker excels in drafting legal documents on technical subjects, simplifying complex legal theories. He also conducts extensive reviews of complex business records, aiding in fact-finding, strategy development and deposition preparation.

Beyond his practice, Buecker contributes to the legal community as a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section.

Buecker holds a B.A. from Muhlenberg College and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
