Sean Buecker is an associate attorney in the firm’s Construction practice group. Sean leverages a diverse legal background to navigate complex litigations and advocate for his clients. His experience includes complex commercial transactions, civil tort and regulatory compliance.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Sean’s experience spans major law firms and judicial clerkships. He has managed diverse portfolios of litigated matters, including complex commercial transactions, contractual disputes and civil tort, serving as Counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Sean is also adept at drafting pleadings, legal memoranda and motions on highly technical subjects, distilling complex legal theories into easily understandable concepts. Additionally, he conducts voluminous document reviews of complex business records, aiding in fact-finding, strategy development and deposition preparation.
Sean’s commitment to the legal community is further reflected in his role on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey State Bar Association: Dispute Resolution Section. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College.
