Leo Kelly
Verdence Capital Advisors, Founder, and CEO
Leo is the Founder and CEO of Verdence Capital Advisors. He leads a talented team of private wealth advisors and financial planners who advise high-net-worth family office, business owners, executives, and professional athletes on an array of complex and custom financial solutions. He is an industry thought leader who is regularly featured as a contributor on CNBC, Fox Business News, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg TV and Radio, and countless others. Prior to founding Verdence Capital Advisors, Leo was a Managing Director, Partner at HighTower Advisors. He was formerly a Managing Director and Circle of Champions member at Merrill Lynch. Leo began his career in the financial industry in research at Bloomberg, LP.
David Anderson
TrueNorth Group, Founder and CEO
David is the founder and CEO of TrueNorth Group, which helps clients maximize profits. While founding Anderson TrueNorth in 2009, David served as an Executive Advisor to McKinsey & Company (a global strategic advisory firm) and prior held numerous senior-level positions within Cardinal Health, Inc. (a publicly traded Fortune 20 provider of healthcare products and services), including President, Hospital Supply Distribution (a $6B healthcare supply chain business); Executive Vice President Health Systems and Alternate Care (a $22B Pharmaceutical supply chain business); Senior Vice President/GM of Innovation and Strategy and Senior Vice President/GM Strategic Pricing & Operations within the Healthcare Supply Chain Services Sector; Corporate Region Vice President within the Corporate Solutions group; and Vice President, Consulting and Services.
David has served on the Board of Directors for several privately-owned for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including the Howard County Chamber (including as Board Chairman); and There Goes My Hero Foundation.
David is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, holding a BA in Finance. He completed his Masters of Business Administration at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
David and his family reside in the Washington D.C. / Baltimore metropolitan area.
