In the next Breakfast Bar Speaker Series, Matthew Karmel, Chair of Offit Kurman’s Environmental and Sustainability Practice Group, will provide an overview of hot topics in environmental law, from emerging contaminants to renewable energy incentives. Matthew also will discuss how small businesses can address environmental justice, a new area of environmental law that is the subject of much discussion.
