The 2023 Workplace Steps to Take Now to Create a Compliant Workplace
Thursday, November 3rd
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The new year is quickly approaching, and several emergent areas require immediate attention by employers. Employee satisfaction comes into sharp focus as the ripple effects of COVID-19 continue to evolve, and employers struggle to attract and retain top talent. Further, union and other organizing activities continue to be significant employer issues as employees demand changes to how and where they work. Regulatory initiatives at OSHA and other governmental bodies are also on the rise and focused on employee and workplace safety. Each of these areas presents a host of complex compliance requirements for employers to navigate now and in the foreseeable future.

Join Offit Kurman’s Howard Kurman, Theodora Stringham, Russell Berger and Anthony Delcollo on November 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. for an informative discussion of what steps employers can take now to develop and capitalize on a compliant workplace in 2023. Speakers will cover:

  • Considerations for recruiting and retaining employees
  • Mental health in the workplace and how to best address burnout of management and employees
  • New developments at OSHA and other regulatory bodies
  • Tactics to identify and address union and organizing activity
