We will also be joined by a panel of speakers from the top real estate companies in the area - Vince Bagli of Merritt Properties, Stephanie Kelly of Corporate Office Properties Trust and Arsh Mirmiran of Caves Valley Partners. MEET THE SPEAKERS
Lou Ghitman
Principal & Senior Interior Designer, Design Collective, Inc.
Lou Ghitman has served as Design Collective’s director of interior architecture for over 25 years. Lou is recognized for his ability to develop interiors that are functionally, architecturally and aesthetically integrated and his 35+ years of experience proves invaluable to clients. Projects completed under his leadership continue to receive national acclaim and awards and are frequently published in local and national journals. Representative projects include Fast Forward + Technology Ventures at Johns Hopkins University, Prometric, Gordon Feinblatt, LUPIN Pharmaceuticals, 180s, Wells Fargo and McDonalds.
Clare Berrang
Director, Newmark
For over 20 years, Clare Berrang has been helping local business owners solve operational problems associated with their real estate holdings. Whether her clients need to upsize, downsize or right-size, evaluate the viability of single location or a hub-and-spoke model, or simply lower their occupancy costs, Clare has helped them orchestrate the optimal solution. She provides in-depth market data, site selection, financial analysis, and guides lease negotiations. In addition, she brings all available resources of the Newmark global platform to support her clients' needs.
Matt Kruczlnicki
Associate Director, Newmark
Matt Kruczlnicki serves as associate director of market research in Newmark’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Kruczlnicki is responsible for supporting Newmark’s core Mid-Atlantic research initiatives, as well as providing the company’s diverse client base with high quality, data-driven market insights. In addition to his direct support of the Washington and Baltimore markets, Mr. Kruczlnicki coordinates and provides support to Newmark’s national research platform, including national market reports and Real Insight publications. Mr. Kruczlnicki joined Newmark in late 2020, continuing to build on his eight years of commercial real estate experience in the Washington, DC region. Prior to joining Newmark, he served as a senior research manager for Cresa’s Washington, DC office. Prior to that, he was a research analyst with the Washington, DC Economic Partnership.
