Updates for the Philadelphia Employer: COVID-19, Right to Recall and other City Ordinances
Join Offit Kurman on January 19 for an explanation of Philadelphia’s current ordinances related to COVID-19 and other work protections, how they interact with other federal and state law and new legislation recently passed or on the horizon. Many of the City’s newer ordinances sweep broadly and employers, especially those with multiple locations, should understand who of their employees are covered and their compliance obligations.
