Handling Vaccines in Accordance with the Law - Practical Workplace Guidance on the President's New Mandate

On September 9, 2021 President Biden announced a sweeping 6-prong approach known as the "Path out of the Pandemic" - aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19. This guidance included several changes applicable to a number of workplaces, including mandatory vaccinations with potential significant penalties for noncompliance. This webinar reviews these new directives, examining:

  • What companies/organizations are covered, including information for federal contractors and subcontractors
  • Time to comply with the requirements
  • Employee payments to receive vaccines and recover from their effects
  • Applicability of a "testing option" in certain situations and payment for testing
  • Differences from previous federal guidance/mandates
  • How to prepare - and ultimately apply - to your workforce

Be sure to tune in to proactively address potential liability for your business.

Submission of questions in advance is encouraged so that they may be addressed during the webinar. Please submit questions when you register.
