The Employment Review: An Employer’s Guide to the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates
As we head into the holidays, employers have new vaccine rules to navigate. OK Employment Attorney Daniel Trujillo Esmeral will present on the new federal rules requiring large employers, Medicare/Medicaid recipient health care providers and federal contractors to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine among employees. Mr. Trujillo Esmeral will provide employers with guidance on creating compliant policies and ensuring that their employees are vaccinated or submitting weekly tests by the January 4, 2022 deadline.

- What the new OSHA COVID-19 vaccine mandate requires;
- Who is covered by the emergency temporary standard;
- How employers must support the ETS with time off;
- Procedures and documentation required; and
- Notice that must be provided to employees
