"The Optimizing Employee Performance Workshop was very succinct and informative, it covered many aspects ranging from the legal aspects of performance reviews to the most effective and psychology-driven ways to enhance employee performance at all levels. The workshop also included a lot of actionable tips which were immediately implemented into the process used at my business. I highly recommend Chris McDonell and Howard Kurman and look forward to their future seminars and workshops."

“The Optimizing Employee Workshop was immediately beneficial for all leaders from a human resources legal perspective to understanding the reason for weak productivity in the field. Chris and Howard’s direct approach shows why the issues surface, and offer clarity on resolution. We have implemented concepts from the workshop, and would highly recommend to any company looking to find that edge.”
