By examining relevant terms, the scope of the ethical requirement, the language of the rules and the duties to the client, Attorney Gregory Johnson presentation offers a thorough and straight-forward look at “Conflicts and the Duty of Care for Current Clients, Former Clients and Prospective Clients.”
