New RESPA Guidance

The CFPB has issued new guidance concerning lenders’ marketing efforts including MSA’s, co-marketing, sponsorships and similar matters. This important guidance supersedes prior regulatory opinions issued by the agency. For Lenders, understanding these new boundaries is critical in maximizing relationships and opportunities with real estate agents, lead providers and other referral sources.
