Marijuana industry revenue is expected to reach $35 Billion by 2020. From fertilizer suppliers to packaging companies, the number of companies now selling to the legal marijuana industry has skyrocketed. Companies involved in the industry face unique insurance coverage issues. Those companies must effectively recognize the risks they face and identify how insurance coverage can help to manage these unique risks. This program will present the policyholder’s perspective on understanding the risks, identifying how insurance coverage can manage those risks, and, when a claim does arise, identify specific action items that should be taken to maximize coverage.

Mr. Conley is Co-Managing Principal of the Philadelphia office and the founder of the firm’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group.
