Tom Feeley
Vice President of the Nutritional Lipids Category at DSM

Tom Feeley is the Vice President and Category Leader of the Nutritional Lipids Category at DSM Nutritional Products. He drives the global performance for DSM's market-leading nutritional lipid business category which represents the combination of Martek Biosciences and Ocean Nutrition Canada. Over the last three years, he has led initiatives to maintain 100% market share in the lucrative U.S. infant formula market while recapturing significant lost share in the dietary supplement and food and beverage market.

Sally Shanks
Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer at Williams Scotsman

Sally J. Shanks serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Williams Scotsman where she is responsible for the company's accounting, tax and treasury functions.  Ms. Shanks joined Williams Scotsman in September 2017 from Merkle Inc., a global technology-enabled performance marketing agency, where she served in various financial leadership roles from 2009 - 2017, including serving as Senior Vice President, Accounting & Treasury. She joined Merkle in 2009 following her departure from Laureate Education where she was Director of Accounting and Reporting from 2003 through 2008. Prior to Laureate Education, Ms. Shanks had financial reporting roles at another public company and started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Shanks holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Providence College.
