Offit Kurman Principal Thomas Pitegoff will Chair the virtual CLE program How Can New York Business Law Attract More National and International Companies? at the New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on Wednesday, January 19th.

The program will include 3 panels:

  • Would better business entity laws draw more businesses to New York? Do board diversity requirements give states a competitive edge?
  • Can New York become a hub for the energy industry?
  • Recent developments in federal and New York State antitrust law.

 

Participants will be awarded 5.0 MCLE Credits or 5.0 Areas of Professional Practice
