This presentation will focus on business based visas and immigration processes that Offit Kurman specializes in. Mo Syed will talk about common visa types used for short term and long term business and employment needs of our clients. He will also review some recent trends and upcoming changes to law and process. Finally, Mo will also discuss success stories of immigrant entrepreneurs and US business success stories of key employees.
