Ian Thomas is a competitive, yet affable attorney in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Offit Kurman. Being a client of Ian’s means being supported by the hardest working person in the room. He works diligently to find creative solutions to his clients’ legal issues that are cost-effective and result oriented.
Ian frequently litigates matters concerning real estate, business disputes, and employee mobility/trade secrets. Ian also has extensive experience defending businesses from government enforcement actions and from consumer protection claims. In doing so, Ian has gained extensive trial experience and has fully briefed and argued appeals in several state courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Tracy Buck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Maryland Law School’s Journal of Business and Technology Law as well as Vice President of the Business Law Society. She practices real estate law, with a focus on foreclosure and litigation in the District of Columbia, where she has been litigating judicial foreclosures since the commencement of the judicial process in the District of Columbia. Tracy is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
