Two Attorneys Join Offit Kurman in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 11, 2021 - Offit Kurman’s presence in the Philadelphia area has recently grown with the addition of Estates & Trusts Counsel Danielle Friedman and Labor & Employment Attorney Christopher Isaac.
Danielle Friedman is resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She provides comprehensive estate and tax planning services for individuals and families, including business succession planning. Ms. Friedman also guides fiduciaries through estate and trust administrations, including probate matters, preparing state and federal inheritance and estate tax returns, handling creditors’ claims and beneficiary distributions.
Christopher Isaac joins the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. He focuses his practice on creditor's rights and default-based litigation. Mr. Isaac regularly advises clients regarding right-to-enforce security instruments related to statutory prerequisites, limitation or avoidance of liens in bankruptcy, federal regulations impacting foreclosure proceedings, execution of judgments and court distribution of sale proceeds.
