Tracy Buck to Serve as Panelist on the DC Bar CLE Webinar – Thorny Issues in Residential Foreclosures of 2024

Offit Kurman Principal Tracy Buck will speak as part of a panel on “Thorny Issues in Residential Foreclosures 2024” for a DC Bar CLE webinar on February 7, 2024. Panelists will discuss how condo foreclosures affect mortgage liens and homeowners, special protections for reverse mortgage borrowers and surviving non-borrower spouses, and both fundamentals of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and legal defenses that can be raised in response. Finally, the faculty will address overlay with probate, including special issues affecting personal representatives and conservators/guardians and other successors in interest.
