Three Offit Kurman Delaware Attorneys Selected for Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers 2020 List

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that three of the firm’s Delaware attorneys, G. Kevin FasicAnthony Delcollo, and James Landon, have been selected for their inclusion in Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers 2020 list. Mr. Delcollo was selected for Constitutional Law, Mr. Fasic was selected for Construction Law, and Mr. Landon was selected for Real Estate Law.

At Offit Kurman, G. Kevin Fasic’s practice is primarily management-based. It includes discrimination claims, wage and hour issues, Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wage claims, employment agreements (including restrictive covenant issues and severance agreements), hiring and firing guidance, unemployment claims, and legislative affairs. He frequently appears before various administrative boards and agencies, as well as private dispute resolution forums. He has experience practicing before all of Delaware’s state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has experience with trial and appellate matters in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Fasic is certified by the Delaware Superior Court as both a Mediator and as an Arbitrator and can serve in either capacity for labor/employment and construction law disputes.

Anothony Delcollo practices in employment law, commercial law, construction litigation, government regulations, professional licensing, and provides clients advice regarding the right to keep and bear arms. He has represented clients before various administrative boards and Delaware courts. Although his practice focuses on courtroom litigation, Mr. Delcollo regularly consults with clients respecting construction contract formation, contract drafting, contractual interpretation, non-compete contracts, severance agreements, and employment contracts/executive compensation.

James ‘Jim’ Landon has practiced real estate law since 2002 and has been involved in real estate investment and construction for most of his life. Jim’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and land use. He represents individuals and privately and publicly held companies in the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and development of the real property. He also represents title insurance companies on commercial purchases and refinancing transactions and provides third-party legal opinions regarding Delaware law related to Delaware entities.
