Stuart B. Newman, a Principal in Offit Kurman’s Business Law and Transactions Practice, published the article What to Know About the Bankruptcy Code’s New Subchapter V in the New York Law Journal.

This article addresses the features of Subchapter V that differentiate it from a Chapter 11 filing and make it more appealing to small businesses. Mr. Newman co-authored the piece with his son, Steven H. Newman.
