Six Offit Kurman Attorneys Named to Pennsylvania/Delaware 2020 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars List

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that six of the firm’s attorneys in our Pennsylvania region, which is comprised of locations in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Plymouth Meeting and Wilmington, DE,  have been selected for inclusions in the 2020 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. In our Delaware office, Anthony Delcollo was selected for his work in the Labor & Employment arena. In our Philadelphia office, for Super Lawyers, we’d like to recognize Labor & Employment attorney Neil Morris. We’d also like to recognize, for the Rising Stars list, Ryan Boland and Meghan Finnerty both in Commercial Litigation with Ms. Finnerty also in our Insurance Recovery practice. In our Plymouth Meeting office, we’d like to recognize Joshua Quinter for his work in the Construction space.

Anthony Delcollo, located in our Wilmington, Delaware office, was selected for his work in the labor and employment space and practices in the areas of employment law, commercial law, construction litigation, government regulations, professional licensing, and provides clients advice regarding the right to keep and bear arms. He has represented clients before various administrative boards and Delaware courts. Although his practice focuses on courtroom litigation, Mr. Delcollo regularly consults with clients respecting construction contract formation, contract drafting, contractual interpretation, non-compete contracts, severance agreements, and employment contracts/executive compensation.

 

Neil Morris is Chair of the firm's Philadelphia Labor and Employment Group. He has passionately represented employers for the last 30 years. He concentrates in the areas of labor and employment, municipal labor law, employment discrimination, defamation defense, commercial litigation, and business litigation. He has served as Special/Labor Counsel for more than 35 Pennsylvania Townships and Boroughs, the County of Bucks and many private employers. He is often brought into municipalities to handle "crisis" situations involving employees and/or management.

Ryan Boland is a principal attorney who is part of Offit Kurman’s Commercial Litigation Group, with a concentration in Real Estate. He represents corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in the areas of complex commercial litigation, corporate litigation, and banking law. Mr. Boland also serves as outside general counsel to owner managed businesses. Mr. Boland has extensive experience in the areas of real estate litigation, employment litigation (including prosecuting and defending restrictive covenants), as well as providing general corporate and real estate advice. Mr. Boland also handles intellectual property law cases, including preparing, filing, and prosecuting federal trademark applications and arbitrating Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) disputes.

Meghan Finnerty is a commercial litigator with a varied practice, with an emphasis on assisting corporate and nonprofit policyholders as they navigate disputes with their insurance companies. Ms. Finnerty also has significant experience assisting companies in products liability and construction accident litigation. She has represented companies in fields such as energy, finance, construction, manufacturing and retail in commercial litigation disputes, and regularly serves as a sounding board for manufacturing clients on a wide variety of legal issues including, insurance losses, risk management, contractual indemnity, employee theft and collection issues.

Joshua Quinter is a commercial litigation attorney, with a focus on construction law, and an Associate Managing Principal. Mr. Quinter actively works with his clients in the areas of business planning, contract negotiation and project consulting, risk management and dispute resolution, and litigation. His client service and professionalism have earned him the distinction of being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, a Lawyer on the Fast Track, and a Rising Star.
