Offit Kurman’s Voytek Jackowski to Present at HalfMoon Education Inc.’s Construction Webinar

Offit Kurman New York-based Principal, Wojciech ‘Voytek’ Jackowski, will present at HalfMoon Education Inc.’s Impact of the Pandemic on the Construction Industry webinar on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, that will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. EST (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. CDT). The webinar is offered to construction industry participants, including members of the design team (architects and engineers), contracting, and ownership/development.
Halfmoon Education Inc. is a nonprofit continuing education provider with a goal to provide affordable quality continuing education activities to keep real estate development and construction industry stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners/developers current and competitive in their profession.
The presentation will include key considerations for privately owned construction projects, examine the impact COVID-19 has had, evaluate key contract provisions in relation to industry stakeholders, force majeure, delay provisions, and suspensions and terminations, offer best practices to minimize risk and protect your project, and how to prepare for the future of the construction industry.
