Offit Kurman’s Russell Berger Named Firm’s General Counsel
BALTIMORE (Aug. 31, 2023) – Offit Kurman Principal Russell Berger has been named the firm’s General Counsel. In this capacity, he will serve in a traditional general counsel role, managing the firm’s legal operations, providing strategic and day-to-day legal advice to the management team and supporting Offit Kurman’s human resources and business functions, in addition to maintaining his business and employment-focused practice. He also serves on Offit Kurman’s board of directors and is a member of the senior management team.
