Offit Kurman’s Herb Fineburg was a Presenting Panelist in a Simulated Legal Negotiation for the Philadelphia Chapter of Exit Planning Exchange

On January 20, 2021, Herb Fineburg, the Managing Partner of the Offit Kurman Philadelphia office, was on a panel presentation sponsored by the Philadelphia Chapter of XPX (The Exit Planning Exchange) discussing the negotiations and processes for the sale of a business. Mr. Fineburg, a business and tax attorney, presented the position of the Sellers in simulated negotiations with Buyer’s counsel. The presentation included an in-depth review of the terms of the all-important Business Purchase Agreement, due diligence, income tax matters, purchase price payment and, of course, Seller’s indemnification obligations.
