Offit Kurman’s AAML Fellows to Present at 2021 Conference

Offit Kurman Family Law attorney Sandra (Sandy) Brooks, AAML Fellow, will present in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, September 21st at the AFCC-AAML 2021 Conference on Advanced Issues in Child Custody: Evaluation, Litigation, and Settlement.  The panel will discuss Integrating Technology into Your Practice: Opportunities and Challenges.

The 4-day virtual conference is an advanced-level training opportunity sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, two premier family law organizations.

Ms. Brooks is a Family Law attorney in Offit Kurman’s Bethesda office.  She is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.  Her practice focuses on all aspects of family law.  She dedicates her time to assisting clients in domestic law matters including divorce, child custody/visitation, family mediation, spousal/child support, property division, and division of retirement benefits. Ms. Brooks' other areas of deep knowledge and experience include tax consequences of divorce, mediation, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, negotiating and drafting of separation agreements, domestic litigation, and post-judgment proceedings.
