Offit Kurman Welcomes Two Intellectual Property Attorneys in the Philadelphia Region
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Chintan Desai has joined the firm as Intellectual Property counsel. Mr. Desai will be located in the Philadelphia office.

Chintan Desai concentrates his practice on all phases of patent procurement, trademark prosecution and counseling. He represents a broad range of clients, from individual business owners to publicly traded companies, in matters both domestically and abroad. Before joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Desai worked in private practice where he represented clients on a wide variety of intellectual property matters including contractual matters and litigation.
Mr. Desai received his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
