Offit Kurman Welcomes Associate Alexandra Cao to the Firm’s Landlord Representation Practice

Tysons Corner, VA – (January 12, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Alexandra Cao to the firm’s Landlord Representation practice, resident in the firm’s Tysons Corner, Virginia office.

Alexandra Cao specializes in navigating the landscape of commercial real estate litigation, compliance with local and federal administrative regulations and Fair Housing laws. Her experience extends through the entirety of the litigation process, offering guidance to clients in upholding compliance with housing regulations at both federal and local levels. Cao also assists clients in drafting commercial and residential leases, real estate purchase agreements and other business formation and transactional legal documents.

Cao received her B.S. from Clemson University and her J.D. from the University of Richmond.
