Jodi Argentino, a 20-year practitioner of family law, has brought her diverse practice to Offit Kurman's New York and & New Jersey offices. Attorney Argentino, who was a founding partner of Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy, LLC, is joined by three other long-time team members, including Associate Attorney Christina Salvia.

Argentino's family law practice is focused on work involving LGBTQ+ families and children, polyamorous and multi-parent families, complex parentage situations and children with special needs.

Argentino also has her Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology which informs her practice.  She focused her Master’s Capstone on Gender Affirmation in Custody Matters, a topic which she presents and writes about regularly.

Argentino is a contributing author for the NJSBA LGBT Rights Section Newsletter, New Jersey Family Lawyer, and has been a speaker for various organizations, including NJICLE, the National LGBT Bar Association, AFCC, and the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. Jo is also an active and passionate volunteer within the legal and LGBTQ+ communities. A trailblazer, Argentino recently obtained two published NJ Appellate Division decisions on novel issues and will continue to fight for progress and lived equality at Offit Kurman.

Associate Attorney Christina Salvia has also joined the firm’s family law practice.  Salvia, who is admitted in both New York and New Jersey, focuses her work on uncontested and contested divorce matters as well as custody and non-dissolution matters, with a niche focus on families of First Responders.

Salvia, a graduate of New York Law School, began her career as a law clerk to Hon. Thomas Callahan, Jr., J.S.C. before joining Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy and now, Offit Kurman. During law school, Salvia served as Vice President for the Domestic Violence Project and was a member of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology.
