Offit Kurman Strengthens Estates and Trusts Practice with Addition of Counsel Daniel Jenkins

Jenkins focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning services to high-net-worth clients. His practice includes drafting and reviewing a range of estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, trust amendments and will codicils. Dedicated to tailored creation of estate plans, he aims to protect his clients’ assets and effectively execute their wishes.

With significant experience representing executors in estate administrations, Jenkins is adept at navigating the complexities of estate proceedings. He excels in advising clients on planning and fiduciary issues, interpreting the transfer tax effects of estate documents and crafting comprehensive estate plans that align with clients’ unique financial goals.

Jenkins earned his LL.M. in Tax from the University of Washington School of Law, his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and his B.S., cum laude, from Clemson University.
