Offit Kurman Represents Mono-Systems, Inc. In Sale

On December 31, 2020, Niedax GmbH & Co., of Linz/Rhein, Germany, acquired the business and assets of Mono-Systems, Inc., Buffalo, N.Y. Offit Kurman attorneys Stuart Newman and Umar Sheikh represented the seller in this transaction. For the buyer, a global company based in Germany, this was a strategic acquisition. Both companies manufacture and distribute cable trays, raceways  and cable management systems for electric power and data installation by electrical engineers and contractors.
