Offit Kurman Names Two New Practice Group Chairs

May 31, 2022. Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have assumed the role of practice group chair. Rawan Hmoud has been named the Chair of Family Law North, a new position at the firm that is reflective of the practice’s significant growth in the northern region. Anthony “Tony” Potter has been named the new Chair of the Construction practice.

Anthony “Tony” Potter, Chair - Construction

Mr. Potter focuses his practice on counseling architects, engineers, design-build entities, owners and other businesses involved in construction contracting, commercial and construction litigation, administrative law and professional licensing matters.
