On October 18, 2019, Hollywood Beauty Imports Inc. sold to MavenHill Capital, an Ohio private equity firm. Attorneys, Stuart B. Newman and Florian von Eyb, represented the seller throughout the transaction.
Hollywood Beauty, based in Miami, is a leading supplier of multicultural hair and skin care products sold throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. Established over 30 years ago, the company distributes its product lines in numerous major drug chains, food stores, mass merchants, and beauty supply stores.
