Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that three of the firm’s attorneys in its Tysons Corner, Virginia office have been named to the 2021 Arlington Magazine Top Attorneys list.  For inclusion on the list, an attorney is designated by their peers as being among the most talented, effective, and well-respected in their practice area.

Those selected to the list are Estates and Trusts attorney, Lauren A. Jenkins and Real Estate and Employment attorney, Theodora Stringham.

Lauren A. Jenkins focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, trust and estate administration and tax compliance in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Jenkins is a sought-after lecturer and author on estate planning, estate administration and trust topics. In recognition of her work, Ms. Jenkins has received a number of awards and honors, including distinction as a Top Lawyer, Top Wealth Advisor and Top Financial Professional in lists published by Northern Virginia Magazine, Virginia Business, Bethesda Magazine and Washingtonian, and is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Theodora Stringham assists individuals, businesses and organizations with growing successfully while minimizing liability. Focusing on real estate and personnel needs, Ms. Stringham executes sustainable plans for real estate development and employee matters. She provides comprehensive representation for everyday growth issues, including, but not limited to, re-zonings, site plan approvals, eminent domain/valuation concerns, employment discrimination and disciplinary issues. Ms. Stringham's scope of representation ranges from identifying potential liability and providing counseling/training, all the way through representation at trial. Ms. Stringham currently serves in leadership roles for the Fairfax Bar Association, Northern Virginia Women Attorney Association and Northern Virginia Society for Human Resources Management. She has been designated as a “Super Lawyer” for Real Estate and Land Use and named “Pro Bono Attorney of the Year” by the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center, among other distinctions.
