Offit Kurman Attorney Wojciech “Voytek” Jackowski Hosts Inaugural Polish Economic Forum in New York
For Immediate Release
New York, NY | June 22, 2018
What do executives from Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Environmental Resources Management, Ernst & Young, and Franklin Templeton have in common? All are paying close attention to Poland’s economic sustained growth, favorable market conditions, and trade relations with the United States.
That was one major takeaway from the 2018 Polish Economic Forum, organized by the Polish American Business Club (PABC) in New York City last week. The inaugural event drew a diverse crowd of business leaders, and featured an expert panel of investment bankers, market research analysts, tax advisors, and representatives from both Poland and the US.
The Economic Forum was hosted by PABC with opening remarks from Offit Kurman attorney and PABC President, Wojciech “Voytek” Jackowski. In his role at the PABC, Mr. Jackowski represents the Polish-American business community in the Greater New York area, plans and executes organizational events, and helps the PABC and its members build sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships between professionals in Poland and the US.
“I am honored and humbled by the success of our first-ever Economic Forum, and by the immensely positive feedback we received,” Mr. Jackowski said. “It is rare to see so many influential leaders and experts converge in one location to support Polish-American business development. I believe the future of the PABC and the Poland–US trading relationship is very bright.”
