The firm will join forces with Greensboro, North Carolina’s Hagan Barrett

BETHESDA, MD. – August 1, 2022 – Offit Kurman announced today that it will welcome the attorneys from Greensboro, North Carolina’s Hagan Barrett PLLC, to the firm. Hagan Barrett is a boutique law firm recognized for providing specialized legal services to businesses and individuals in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad and throughout the state. Hagan Barrett’s practices are concentrated in the areas of corporate and business transactions, complex business litigation, employment, tax, trusts and estates, litigation, and commercial real estate.
