Offit Kurman Adds Two Attorneys to the Bethesda Office

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Robert Graham and Dusko Stojkov have joined the firm’s Bethesda office.

Principal Robert Graham is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. He specializes in representing a wide range of federal grantees, including affordable housing providers, community health centers and other organizations that provide services to populations in need. His extensive litigation experience includes trial, appellate and administrative representation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Graham served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Eugene E. Siler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Graham received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law.

Principal Dusko Stojkov has joined the firm’s Business Law and Transactions group. His practice focuses on corporate and business tax planning for small and mid-size businesses. Mr. Stojkov counsels clients on a broad range of business and tax-related matters, including choice of entity planning, complex tax allocation and distribution provisions in partnership and LLC agreements, tax-efficient structuring of acquisitions and divestitures and M&A transactions. He also advises on U.S. withholding and tax filing requirements, tax planning for U.S. multinationals and ensuring compliance with FIRPTA.

Mr. Stojkov received his LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
