Meghan McCulloch Joins Offit Kurman’s Columbia Office

Columbia, MD – May 5, 2021 – Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Meghan McCulloch has joined the firm’s office in Columbia, Maryland as part of the Estates and Trusts practice group.

Meghan McCulloch represents clients throughout the state of Maryland, focusing on estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, special needs planning, Social Security Disability, trusts, elder law and Supplemental Security Income benefits.

She has experience navigating complex family dynamics in both the context of planning and in probate and trust administration. Her experience in administering estates and trusts allows her to effectively advocate for her clients in representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Ms. McCulloch is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Ms. McCulloch received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore, and her B.A. from Temple University. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the Maryland Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court  in the District of Maryland.
