Matthew D. Asbell Moderated Panel at 29th Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference

Matthew D. Asbell, a principal in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, moderated the session “U.S. Trademark Law Developments” as part of the Fordham IP Conference organized by the Emily C. & John E. Hansen Intellectual Property Institute at Fordham Law School. The panelists discussed such topics as the Trademark Modernization Act, the Shop-Safe Act, the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act and the recent U.S. trademark case law.
