Matthew Asbell’s Article on The Trademark Modernization Act Published by the American Bar Association in Landslide Magazine
Matthew Asbell, a Principal in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, co-authored the article “The USPTO Has Enacted the Trademark Modernization Act: Now What?”, which appeared in the June/July 2022 edition of Landslide Magazine, a publication of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Intellectual Property Law. In this article, Matthew and his colleagues discuss one of the most significant changes to U.S. trademark law in decades.
